LORIS&LIVIA design uncommon objects and unexpected spaces that inspire simple human interactions. Products of pared-back simplicity that invite you to determine their functional possibilities. Interiors that respond to content as well as context. Ideas that playfully challenge the way you engage with the world around you.
Under the direction of Swiss founders Loris Jaccard and Livia Lauber, our East London studio brings together a range of complementary conceptual and technical abilities that facilitate the design, development and manufacture of characterful pieces and whimsical environments. Curious contradictions of precise silhouettes, versatile functionality and userdetermined identity. Definitive of our heritage in graphic and industrial design; indicative of our preference for personal interpretation over signature style.
While our aesthetic may be a blank canvas, our methodology is an in- depth conversation. From brief or concept to finished product, we are in constant dialogue – with our clients, with our team, with our suppliers – allowing us to produce experiences that everyone, right to the end consumer, participates in creating.
